Whether your here for the day or a lifetime, Wellsburg is a great place to be.  A small community located in the northwest corner of Grundy County we boast small town living while only minutes away from the city.  With the addition of 4-lane Highway 20 it is a short drive to the larger communities of Waterloo, Cedar Falls and Iowa Falls.  Marshalltown is also a 30 minute trip south on Highway 14.

Even though we are a small community, Wellsburg has a lot to offer.  We have a swimming pool and parks for our kids to enjoy.  Golfers enjoy our 9-hole golf course.  Our library also offers a full range of services and our Memorial Building is the perfect place for family gatherings.

Wellsburg is also home to charming specialty shops, wonderful dining, the historic Wells Hotel and Neessen House.
